Send your completed form, along with a cheque for £35 per person, made payable to Frontline Trading, to Kidz Klub, PO Box 38, Wavertree, Liverpool L15 0FH.

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. We are not able to reserve places on a Weekend without first receiving a completed booking form and payment.

NB. All bookings & cheque's must be received 10 days prior to the training weekend.

Please contact us on info@kidzklub.biz to check availability on our forthcoming weekends before sending any forms or payment. A receipt and confirmation of your booking will be sent within 7 days of receiving your completed form.
